Key Responsibilities:
- Lead agile teams through the iterative delivery and integration of charity products.
- Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and documented.
- Report and disseminate progress and findings, managing risks and issues.
- Manage project schedules, scope, budget, and team workload.
Key Skills:
- Experience in project management of digital products.
- Ability to engage with people at all levels and work collaboratively with colleagues, funders, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira.
- Agile/SCRUM training/experience in digital project management and life-cycle management.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver complex digital products to agreed deadlines and costs.
- Setting KPIs, monitoring progress against targets, and applying insights to improve future performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating tact and negotiation sensitivity.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with co-production partners, suppliers, funders, and stakeholders.
