Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead agile teams through the iterative delivery and integration of charity products.
  • Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and documented.
  • Report and disseminate progress and findings, managing risks and issues.
  • Manage project schedules, scope, budget, and team workload.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in project management of digital products.
  • Ability to engage with people at all levels and work collaboratively with colleagues, funders, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira.
  • Agile/SCRUM training/experience in digital project management and life-cycle management.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver complex digital products to agreed deadlines and costs.
  • Setting KPIs, monitoring progress against targets, and applying insights to improve future performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating tact and negotiation sensitivity.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with co-production partners, suppliers, funders, and stakeholders.
