Key Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery of all digital requirements within the transformation programme.
- Work closely with other Product Owners to align interdependencies across digital banking products and services.
- Take requirements through design, build, and implementation, providing clear vision and direction.
- Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, end users, and delivery teams.
- Champion a customer-centric approach in product development and transformation.
Key Skills:
- 5 years’ experience in digital product management, ideally in banking or financial services.
- Recent experience delivering Open Banking initiatives.
- Proven track record in digital transformation and change management.
- Strong knowledge of both Agile and traditional delivery methods.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to play a pivotal role in a large-scale transformation programme. This role is critical in delivering the digital elements of transformation, ensuring the successful balance of customer experience, business delivery, and colleague engagement. As part of the Transformation team, you will take ownership of the digital product journey across Account Opening, Online Banking, Mobile, and Open Banking. You will define and deliver requirements end-to-end, shaping digital customer journeys and ensuring delivery in line with regulatory standards and business goals.
