Key Responsibilities:
- Support Digital Product Managers in creating and maintaining product roadmaps.
- Turn customer pains, business change requests, and support items into actionable user stories.
- Groom and prioritize the work in the backlog in collaboration with the Digital Product Managers.
- Work with the Scrum Master to allocate ready user stories to development sprints.
- Collaborate with UI and UX teams to deliver user-friendly features aligned with design guidelines.
- Attend all Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment of development work with product roadmaps.
- Make decisions and trade-offs to maximize delivery of value.
- Monitor burndown and delivery efficiency.
- Measure and evidence the value of changes delivered.
- Communicate insights and successes related to key journeys via internal channels.
- Actively engage in digital communities.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a digital product owner, BA, or Scrum Master role.
- Understanding and enthusiasm for web technologies, digital trends, and innovation.
- Highly proficient in agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying user requirements to technical teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to visualize end-to-end customer experience and dependencies.
- Experience delivering significant business benefits.
- Experience working in a global environment (agency and/or client side).
