Leading Insurer seeks Digital Product Manager with 3 years or more current experience working across the London Market Domain, including Underwriting Operations and Exposure Management. Please note:- All applicants must have in depth knowledge of insurance underwriting processes and technologies. If you bring demonstrable experience in the management of product backlog(s) within an agile environment along with experience writing user stories and/or defining digital content experiences and chairing Scrums then our client is willing to consider senior level Business Analysts, with exposure to London Market insurance processes, so long as you can bring the following required skills and experience:- Ability to establish credibility, influence and effectively build and manage complex relationships internally and externally with all relevant stakeholders, business users and product vendors. Understanding of usability and user experience best practices. Understanding of product lifecycle development (Agile). Ability to evaluate, analyse and interpret the voice of the customer through concise and eloquent user stories. Ability to be strategic and tactical in day-to-day interactions. Excellent stake holder management skills. Good consensus building skills. Ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, understandable way. Ability to overcome internal barriers and negotiate resource constraints to produce successful digital initiatives. Excellent/ proven communication and presentation skills. Comfortable interacting and partnering at all levels across the organization including offshore teams. Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and rapidly changing environment.
