Summary: The Digital Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering a new web platform for a tech-driven organization on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development of a new web platform from planning through to delivery
- Work closely with design and development teams to ensure UX and UI best practices are embedded
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure the website supports acquisition, engagement, and conversion goals
- Define and prioritise product requirements, managing the backlog and release roadmap
- Champion the user experience while balancing business needs and technical feasibility
- Analyse performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement post-launch
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager on website or digital platform projects
- Strong knowledge of UX and UI principles
- Understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimisation
- Experience working with developers and creative teams in an agile environment

Location: Birmingham – Hybrid, 2–3 days per week onsite
