Summary: The Digital Product Executive (SEO) role is focused on managing website content and supporting a global CMS platform within a purpose-led education organization. The position involves collaboration with the Senior Digital Product Manager to facilitate a major website migration and address CMS-related queries from stakeholders worldwide. The ideal candidate will have strong CMS and SEO experience, contributing to the enhancement of digital performance in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the organisation's global CMS platform, acting as a key point of contact for CMS-related queries
- Co-administer the digital team helpdesk and respond to requests from internal stakeholders across multiple regions
- Provide CMS training, coaching and best practice guidance to marketing and digital teams globally
- Support and execute website migration activities, including end-to-end content migration from legacy platforms
- Deliver website content updates accurately and efficiently in collaboration with internal stakeholders and project teams
- Support the development and execution of on-page SEO optimisation plans
- Analyse organic performance and contribute ideas to improve SEO results and user engagement
- Track and report on key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, impressions, rankings and conversion performance.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Around 3+ years' experience working in CMS or website-focused roles (agency or in-house)
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (Sitecore experience preferred)
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Smartsheet
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across different cultures and regions.
