Digital Product Designer (UI/UX)

Summary: The Digital Product Designer (UI/UX) role involves leading the design process for a corporate website, ensuring high-quality visual designs that align with user and business needs. The position requires collaboration with the web team and development teams, focusing on design governance and the maintenance of design systems. The contract is for 2 months with a possibility of extension, and the start date is ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Design Manager and working closely with the web team as a UX lead, accountable for design decisions and delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Taking end-to-end responsibility for the design process from concept to prototyping and testing.
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure feasibility and correct implementation of designs.
• Contributing to and maintaining design systems for scalability and consistency.
• Working with the design team to ensure branding decisions are reflected in UX.

Key Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on visual design.
• Strong skills in Figma.
• Experience working with brand teams or agencies for brand consistency.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
• Understanding of UX principles and ability to conduct user research and testing.
• Team player with collaborative skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
