Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product selection for digital pushes, collaborating with ecom, trade, and Creative teams on email creation.
- Ensure briefs are met for key product pushes and imagery selection aligns with briefs and brand aesthetics.
- Create ‘on brand’ commercial looks for digital channels in line with the marketing calendar.
- Select assets for weekly homepage updates, promo banners, and landing page refreshes.
- Check stock levels for product pushes and work cross-functionally to deliver on product requests.
- Collaborate with the Product Coordination Manager on key product pushes, intakes, and timings.
- Input all relevant dates and ensure key stakeholders are informed of styling requests.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain a problem-solving approach.

THE ROLE: We are looking for someone who can come in and help our busy Creative team on a freelance/temporary basis. This role is responsible for creating ‘on brand’ commercial looks for our digital channels and selecting assets for our weekly homepage updates, promo banners, and website landing page. Experience in fashion and in digital styling for email/homepage/online content is preferable.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Responsible for the product selection of all digital pushes, collaborating with ecom, trade and Creative team on email creation. Ensuring briefs are met for key product pushes and imagery selection is in line with briefs and New Look look and feel. Creating ‘on brand’ commercial looks for our digital channels for each category push and phase in line with the calendar and buying crit paths. Working into briefs and working ahead to deliver product pushes in line with the marketing calendar. Select and decide assets for weekly homepage updates, promo banners, landing page refreshes and Seasonal Site Furniture updates across all departments. Responsible for checking stock levels for product pushes Working cross functionally to deliver on product requests Works closely with Product coordination Manager to align on key product pushes, correct intakes and timings. Ensuring all dates are inputted, key stake holders are aware and styling requests are done with enough time for all parties. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Its retail-things change all the time, and you thrive on it with a problem solving ‘can do’ approach to things.
WHO YOU ARE You will have experience in digital styling for email/homepage/online content Fashion retail experience, across multiple categories. Excellent knowledge across the fashion and retail industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Team player, ability to collaborate and work alongside peer group. Multi-channel focussed. Customer focussed. High awareness of trends and ability to forecast. Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint Able to read and understand trackers- product intakes, stock charts, and the programmes we use to monitor this. Figma optional but able to easily pick up digital platforms as this is where all our creative is done now. A bit of knowledge in marketing as so much of what we do involves acting on customer wants, needs, searches etc Confident in busy times. The ability to act quick and be reactive but in a calm manor without being overwhelmed by the pace. Someone that can work cross functionally with brand, digital design, SO and Trade
