Digital Organisation Design & Transformation Lead

Reading (2 days per week onsite) | 6 months | £750/day (Inside IR35) | SC Cleared

We're looking for an experienced Digital Organisation Design & Transformation Lead to support a major programme within a complex, security-conscious environment.

This role will suit someone who has delivered large-scale digital transformation within engineering, defence, or similarly complex organisations and can shape how digital capabilities are structured, delivered, and Embedded.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading digital transformation strategy and delivery across a complex organisation
• Designing digital-first operating models and supporting workforce planning
• Driving organisational design to enable modern digital capability
• Leading change management and stakeholder engagement at senior level
• Balancing programme demands within a highly secure environment

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience delivering digital transformation programmes
• Strong organisational design & operating model development background
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing senior leadership
• Experience in engineering, defence, or complex regulated environments

Requirements:

• SC Clearance (minimum)
• 6 months
• Reading - 2 days per week onsite
• £750/day (Inside IR35)
