Salt is working with a leading retailer dedicated to providing the best products and services for pet owners, who are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Manager to join the eCommerce team on a 6-month FTC.This role will be critical in ensuring a seamless and consistent customer journey across digital platforms, identifying and resolving performance issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall user experience.Immediate start, 6-month FTCCirca 55,000 pro rata salaryHybrid working in ManchesterYou will:Support and manage the day-to-day operations of the digital experience, ensuring that all digital platforms are functioning optimally and meeting customer expectationsAct as the first point of contact for any operational issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions quickly and effectivelyMonitor digital platforms for performance metrics, identifying any issues or potential drops in service qualitySet up and manage alerting systems to ensure that any drops in performance are flagged and addressed promptlyManage relationships with key third-party suppliers, ensuring they contribute positively to the digital experienceCoordinate with suppliers to address and resolve any issues that impact the performance or reliability of the digital platformsYou will need:Strong experience in digital operations or digital product management, with a strong understanding of digital platforms, eCommerce, and customer experience managementProficiency in monitoring tools and systems for digital platforms Excellent problem management skills, and strong experience managing third-party suppliers or vendors
