  • Influence and manage over £1 million in supplier funding.
  • Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Lead quarterly supplier reviews and present performance insights.
  • Align supplier strategies with broader digital merchandising and category plans.
  • Lead and deliver digital initiatives to improve category performance.

Digital Merchandising Lead

Location: Hybrid (Corby, London or Manchester)

Contract: Fixed-Term (12 Months)

RS Group is seeking a Digital Merchandising Lead to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As the Digital Merchandising Lead, you will drive commercial success across our strategic and core global supplier brands by enhancing the digital customer experience through data, insights, and analytics. You will be accountable for delivering key digital KPIs, as well as securing additional supplier marketing investment to support future growth initiatives. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will develop and implement supplier strategies, collaborate cross-functionally with Digital Merchandising, Product & Supply Chain, and Marketing teams, and build strong relationships with key suppliers. Success in this role will come from your ability to influence, analyse performance, and continuously optimise the customer journey.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and deliver key performance metrics for your suppliers, including visits, sales, conversion, participation, and search trends—using data to drive actionable improvements
  • Influence and manage over £1 million in supplier funding
  • Produce regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights, contributing to wider category reporting
  • Lead quarterly supplier reviews, presenting performance insights and building forward-looking strategic plans
  • Align supplier strategies with the broader digital merchandising and category plans
  • Lead and deliver digital initiatives to improve category performance, ensuring projects are completed on time
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product & Supply Chain, Marketing, and Digital teams to influence commercial outcomes
