Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist at Caleva Process Solutions will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance user engagement and elevate the company's online presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns aligned with sales and marketing goals
- Own the functionality, performance, and evolution of the company website (HubSpot)
- Lead SEO/SEM strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions
- Track and report on digital performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate on engaging written, visual, and video content across digital platforms
- Maintain and improve the user journey across digital touchpoints
- Manage online documentation and hosted digital assets
- Liaise with external partners and agencies to support campaign delivery
- Support continuous improvement and innovation in all marketing processes
- Ensure compliance with digital marketing best practices and regulatory guidelines
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years in a digital marketing role
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, and web analytics
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Experience managing websites and digital assets
- Comfortable analysing data and presenting strategic recommendations
- Self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments
- Commercially minded with a focus on measurable outcomes
