Summary: The Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist role is a contract position within a Tier 1 Investment Bank, focusing on enhancing the firm's digital presence in the wealth management sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain social media profiles across key channels (primarily LinkedIn)
- Schedule, publish, and optimise posts using platforms such as Sprinklr
- Monitor social channels for brand mentions, trends, and potential risks
- Support the delivery of social media campaigns—content coordination, drafting, and scheduling
- Ensure all content meets brand, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Upload and organise digital assets using AEM, Seismic, or similar content libraries
- Prepare performance reports and analyse key metrics (KPIs)
- Work closely with governance teams to ensure full alignment with social media policies
- Maintain and improve operational procedures for social media workflow
- Stay on top of emerging digital and social trends relevant to financial services
Key Skills:
- 2+ years in digital marketing or social media roles
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries (preferred)
- Strong experience with Sprinklr, Hearsay/Yext, AEM, Seismic, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of compliance-led content operations
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
- Experience supporting multi-stakeholder content workflows
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Analytical thinker, able to interpret metrics and contribute to optimisation
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organisational skills

The Role
