Summary: Our client, a leader in digital marketing and commerce technology, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead digital marketing and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering Adobe AEM or AEP projects and will manage end-to-end project delivery while working closely with clients and integration partners. The role starts part-time with a transition to full-time expected shortly, requiring on-site presence in London for approximately three days a week. Travel across the UK, Middle East, and Africa may be necessary for 30%-60% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital marketing and transformation projects within the professional services team.
- Work directly with end clients and system integration partners to initiate and lead implementations.
- Evaluate proposed solutions, assess risks, confirm requirements, and manage project scope.
- Lead resourcing and own end-to-end delivery from initiation through to closure.
- Transition from part-time to full-time work as the project pipeline grows.
- Travel across the UK, Middle East, and Africa as required.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 6 years' project management experience in digital marketing implementation.
- Proven track record delivering AEM or AEP projects in the last 3 years.
- Strong end-to-end project life cycle management skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills up to executive level.
- Experience with agile methodology (e.g., SCRUM).
- A professional project management qualification.

Our client, a global leader in digital marketing and commerce technology, is seeking a superb Project Manager to work within their professional services team leading digital marketing and transformation projects. This project manager must have proven recent experience delivering Adobe AEM or AEP projects.
The role is working directly with end clients and system integration partners to initiate and lead implementations using the client's marketing and commerce solutions. You will evaluate proposed solutions, assess risks, confirm requirements, manage scope, lead resourcing and own end-to-end delivery from initiation through to closure.
This starts at 2-3 days per week with a pipeline of work expected to bring it to full time within 2-3 weeks. The role requires circa 3 days per week in the London office with some travel by arrangement across UK&I, Middle East and Africa for 30%-60% of the time.
You must have the following to apply:
- Minimum 6 years' project management experience delivering digital marketing implementation projects
- Proven track record delivering AEM(Adobe Experience Manager) or AEP(Adobe Experience Platform) projects in the last 3 years - this is non-negotiable
- Strong end-to-end project life cycle management including estimation, scope, budget, risk and resourcing
- Excellent client-facing communication skills up to executive level
- Experience delivering projects using agile methodology (eg SCRUM)
- A professional project management qualification
European languages are a bonus but not required. Experience with Adobe Campaign, Commerce or other solutions in the stack is beneficial.
