Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimise the UAE website experience to improve engagement, conversion and lead generation
- Use Adobe Analytics to track website performance, user behaviour, and campaign impact, turning insights into action
- Lead social media strategy and execution for the UAE, with a focus on LinkedIn (organic and paid)
- Own the social and content calendar, ensuring a strong pipeline of always-on and campaign-led activity
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Comms, Events, Sales and Digital) to deliver integrated digital campaigns
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in enterprise tech / SaaS
- Strong background in social media strategy, particularly LinkedIn content and campaign execution
- Experience managing and improving website performance and digital user journeys
- Hands-on capability using Adobe Analytics to measure, report and optimise digital performance

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead social media strategy and website performance across the UAE market. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to build strong digital engagement while using data to drive measurable business impact. You’ll take ownership of key digital channels, optimising content and performance across social platforms (with a strong focus on LinkedIn ) and ensuring the regional website delivers relevance, visibility, and lead generation.
