Summary: The Program Manager (Creative & Marketing) role is a contract position based in London, focusing on managing high-quality creative marketing projects for a globally recognized technology company. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of creative marketing projects across multiple regions
- Manage timelines, priorities, and resources across a high volume of concurrent projects
- Act as the main point of contact for external agencies
- Oversee translation and localization of marketing creatives across 20+ global markets
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets tailored for diverse audiences
- Maintain quality and consistency across all localized content
- Partner with marketing, media, analytics, and research teams
- Collaborate with global teams to adapt “master creative” into localized campaigns
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Identify opportunities for creative innovation and process improvement
- Forecast resource needs and proactively mitigate risks
Key Skills:
- BA/BS degree or 10+ years experience working in a creative agency, production studio, and/or digital product marketing company
- Experience working with Marketers or in Creative agencies
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with media, research/planning and analytics disciplines
- Experience managing marketing and/or product projects, including the creative development and alignment with strategy
- Experience in working on or overseeing campaigns that include live action, digital, and animation
- Background in integrated campaigns (live action, digital, animation)
- Experience working on global marketing initiatives across multiple regions
