Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager role is a strategic position focused on enhancing digital marketing efforts through effective management of the Digital Asset Manager and Content Management System. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement of CMS capabilities.
- Ensure digital content is delivered via the appropriate technical architecture, aligned with broader platform, data, and content strategies.
- Work with CRO, Personalization, and Analytics Managers to create seamless internal business user experiences.
- Onboard, train, and enable Content Authors, guiding them through best practices.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized deliverables.
- Validate delivery, integrations, and other functionality delivered by the technical team.
- Contribute to the design of new journeys to embed CMS best practices from the start.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in Contentful CMS and DAM best practices.
- Strong knowledge of personalization tools such as Adobe Target and Ninetailed by Contentful.
- Ability to work across a hybrid and international team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with web architecture, front-end web development, JSON, and HTML.

Digital Marketing Manager 6 Month Contract £525.00 Per Day 4 days a week (2 days a week in Paddington office, Tuesday & Wednesday) This strategic role ensures our Digital Asset Manager (DAM, Adobe Experience Manager Assets) and Content Management System (CMS, Contentful) support digital marketing, commercial and customer experience objectives across markets, balancing business needs, technical feasibility and delivery velocity.
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement of CMS capabilities
- Ensure digital content is delivered via the appropriate technical architecture, and is aligned with broader platform, data, and content strategies.
- Work with CRO, Personalization, and Analytics Managers to create seamless internal business user experiences that accelerate delivery velocity and reduce operational overhead, ensuring smooth experience for internal users
- Onboarding, training and enablement of Content Authors, guiding them through best practices and changes to the authoring experience
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised deliverables.
- Validate delivery, integrations and other functionality delivered by technical team
- Actively contribute in the design of new journeys to ensure that CMS best practices are embedded from the start, e.g. that content models and content types are designed appropriately.
