Key Responsibilities:
- Own CRM operations, including segmentation, data management, and automated campaign journeys
- Manage CMS and support the delivery and optimisation of a new website
- Oversee end-to-end digital campaign delivery across CRM, web, and paid channels
- Manage and optimise Google Ads activity
- Own performance tracking, reporting, and insight generation
- Ensure systems and integrations across platforms are running effectively
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for marketing automation
- Experience managing CMS platforms and supporting website launches or migrations
- Confident working across integrations, martech, and digital ecosystems

They’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of their CRM, CMS, and wider marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and strong audience engagement.
