Key Responsibilities:

  • Own CRM operations, including segmentation, data management, and automated campaign journeys
  • Manage CMS and support the delivery and optimisation of a new website
  • Oversee end-to-end digital campaign delivery across CRM, web, and paid channels
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads activity
  • Own performance tracking, reporting, and insight generation
  • Ensure systems and integrations across platforms are running effectively

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for marketing automation
  • Experience managing CMS platforms and supporting website launches or migrations

We’re working with a purpose-led organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, including the launch of a new website and large-scale audience engagement campaigns. They’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of their CRM, CMS, and wider marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and strong audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own CRM operations, including segmentation, data management, and automated campaign journeys
  • Manage CMS and support the delivery and optimisation of a new website
