We are preparing to launch a Next-Gen CRM Product for the distribution industry, and we need a Player-Coach to lead the charge. You won't just oversee strategy; you will build the engine that drives it.
THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
We are looking for a hybrid talent. You will manage a creative team to tell our story, while personally running paid acquisition to drive growth.
1. The "Coach" Part (Team Leadership):
- Lead the Comms Squad: You will manage and mentor our talented team of Content - Creators and Designers.
- Brand Guardian: Guide the team to produce world-class content (blogs, social assets, launch videos) that positions our new CRM as a market leader.
- GTM Strategy: Orchestrate the Go-to-Market plan, ensuring organic buzz perfectly aligns with paid efforts.
2. The "Player" Part (Paid Media Execution):
- Own the Ad Account: This is not a "supervise the agency" role. You will personally setup, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search/Display) and Meta (FB/Insta).
- Performance Focus: Your goal is to drive high-quality MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and Demos. You obsess over CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and ROAS.
- Test & Learn: A/B test creatives and copy to find the winning formula for our new product.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years leading a team.
- The Skillset: You are a master of Google Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite. You know your way around GA4 and HubSpot.
- The Mindset: You are strategic enough to present to the Board, but tactical enough to fix a broken tracking pixel.
- Language: Native/Bilingual English proficiency (Excellent copywriting skills are a must).
