This role is part of the Digital Marketing team and will play a significant role in our mission to drive personalised and connected experiences that engage audiences and accelerate business outcomes. This role and the team sit within the broader Global Field & Go-to-Market team, which drives integrated marketing plans to generate demand in the markets we serve across the globe. We fuel Client’s growth by delivering impactful digital experiences that differentiate us to our global audiences and demonstrate how they can gain competitive advantage in a changing world. About You:

You are a strategic yet hands-on digital marketer with knowledge of the Middle Eastern market. You understand the nuances of the UAE business landscape and how to translate global brand priorities into locally resonant digital and social campaigns. You are data-driven, comfortable navigating complex matrixed organisations, and thrive on optimizing performance across the entire digital funnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Initiatives
  • Website Management: Optimise and manage the UAE websites, ensuring regional relevance, local language accuracy (where applicable), and consistent lead generation.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify high-growth and high-revenue digital opportunities, taking the lead on implementation and performance optimisation.
  • Social Strategy: Partner with regional Marketing, Comms, Digital, Events, Corporate Affairs, and Sales teams to shape country-level social media strategies aligned with local business goals.
  • Content Creation: Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content tailored to local audiences, trends, and cultural nuances, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, while adhering to Client’s tone of voice.
  • Calendar Management: Own the regional social calendar, ensuring alignment with global priorities while maintaining a strong pipeline of locally relevant content.
  • Performance Tracking: Track performance through dashboards and reports, identifying actionable insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
  • Priority Alignment: Align with leadership to identify business priorities and develop digital initiatives. Guide the organisation in presenting impactful reports, including business insights and recommendations (e.g., quarterly business reviews, digital roadmaps, and regional updates).
  • Cross-Channel Synergy: Collaborate with internal cross-channel teams (paid and organic) to deliver integrated results for the region.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across multiple internal stakeholders, business areas, and external providers to develop strategies, roadmaps, and high-quality solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

To ensure the greatest alignment of skills to the anticipated contributions, the strongest candidates will generally have the following capabilities and experience:

  • Social Media Tech: Working knowledge of social media tools, community platforms, and measurement/advocacy platforms (experience with Sprout Social is a plus).
  • LinkedIn Expert: Deep experience in developing organic and paid social campaigns using LinkedIn.
  • Omnichannel Experience: Mastery of best practices in SEO, SEM, display, programmatic, content marketing, on-site personalisation, email, and chat.
  • Hands-on Knowledge: Expert in the hands-on use of digital marketing technology (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.).
  • Analytics: Strong analytics background, well-versed in Tableau and Sigma.
  • Data Management: Understanding of data management platforms and familiarity with first- and third-party data use cases.
  • CMS & Ops: Familiarity with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager), analytics tools (Adobe Analytics), and project management software (Workfront).

Other Qualifications:

Proven success in collaborating with multiple matrixed teams to analyse and address business challenges, from marketing performance to process refinement. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Enterprise software and/or B2B experience is a significant plus.
