Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager role is a maternity cover position based in Leeds, focusing on managing and enhancing the company's digital presence. The position involves overseeing website management, executing online campaigns, and producing various digital content to boost brand awareness and generate inquiries. The manager will also be responsible for SEO strategy, social media management, and collaboration with external agencies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuation of website management including designing and executing online campaigns and landing pages to increase brand awareness and generate enquiries.
  • Management of all digital content including blogs, SEO updates, brochures, photography and video content (with agency support).
  • Full responsibility for SEO strategy, optimisation, tracking and continuous improvement of search visibility and website performance.
  • Planning, creating and managing digital campaigns across web, social and other channels, with regular performance reporting.
  • Managing social media platforms, scheduling content, repurposing materials and engaging with audiences.
  • Producing written content including case studies, blogs, newsletters, customer stories and digital brochures.
  • Maintaining and growing the CRM/database to support email and lead gen activity.
  • Monitoring and analysing all marketing activity, providing insights and recommending improvements.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies including website, SEO, design and video suppliers.
  • Managing company exhibitions and events, including production of materials, coordination with suppliers and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Working closely with sales, production, HR and other departments to deliver internal materials, presentations and marketing support.
  • Safeguarding brand assets and ensuring brand consistency across all communications.
  • Carrying out ad hoc duties requested by the Group Sales Director or management team.
  • Following company policies, GDPR requirements and safe working practices.
