We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager (with an emphasis on content marketing) to join a forward-thinking organisation during an exciting period of growth. This is a 6-month maternity cover role starting early December 2025. This role would be a good match for someone who is already working as a Digital Content Manager or for a talented Senior Digital Marketing Executive or Senior Content Marketing Executive.
What you’ll be doing
As a Digital Marketing Manager you’ll design and execute digital marketing plans across search, social, and direct channels. Develop compelling content strategies tailored to different audiences and produce optimised digital content in various formats. It’ll be your responsibility to manage and grow the organisation’s social media presence, optimise website content, paid search and identify technical SEO improvements. Use data-driven experiments and tests to continuously improve performance and report on KPIs. Collaboration is key work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver outstanding results. Budget management is also part of the remit, ensuring effective allocation across channels while maintaining brand consistency throughout all communications.
