We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team based in Exeter. You will join us on a full-time, 12 month fixed term contract and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of 35,000 - 41,000 per annum plus a range of excellent company benefits + rewards. About the role: As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will help engage with our customers, build the reputation of our brands and services and ensure a proactive, ambitious and innovative approach to customer engagement and communication. The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Engagement and will execute the agreed digital marketing strategy. What you ll be doing:Have a long-term view of digital marketing technologies and emerging platforms, and an understanding of how digital content is created and shared. Be full of ideas about how we can adapt our approach to best suit the changing communications landscapePersuasively work with the entire Communications function, HR and key business areas to embed a digital mindset and culture, drive understanding of the power of digital communications and digital relationships, develop digital marketing capabilities and competencies of the team, and demonstrate the power of digital as a key enabler of business value, reputation, and operational successAct as a source of digital marketing knowledge and advice, running learning sessions, and seminars to immerse and upskill the functionUnderstand digital content and paid media and how to advise on followership, increasing awareness and on best fit for each campaignWork with key partners internally with digital roles (IT, Customer Service) and help build a digital network, to drive an aligned approachResponsible for regular liaison with our digital agenciesSome budget responsibility, ensuring that costs are managed efficientlyWhat we are looking for:Educated to degree level or equivalent through relevant training and experienceExperienced and proven digital marketing managerExperience of working in a communications environment Proven strong creative, presentation and communication skillsStrong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate and influence across different tiers of organisations, both internally and externallyKnowledge and understanding of communication practices, tools and techniques including digital communicationsHighly capable influencer with a natural style that helps to drive positive culture and behavioursDynamic, confident, collaborative and proactive Able to work accurately, prioritise work and manage time effectivelyWhat's in it for you:At South West Water, we don t all do the same job, but we each get out of bed in the morning knowing that every day is a chance to make incredible things happen, together.
