Key Responsibilities:

- Manage digital budgets with a clear focus on ROI and performance.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement.
- Oversee website performance, user journeys and conversion optimisation.
- Use data and insight to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, CRM, data, operations) to ensure joined-up activity.
- Manage agency partners and external suppliers.
- Track, analyse and report on performance with clear recommendations.
