OverviewA client in the manufacturing sector is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive their digital strategy and manage impactful marketing campaigns over a 12-month period. This role is integral to enhancing brand visibility, increasing customer engagement, and driving targeted website traffic. The successful candidate will lead an in-house marketing team, collaborate with key stakeholders and agency partners, and optimise digital efforts to meet critical business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic, long-term digital marketing campaigns with a focus on brand growth and online visibility.
- Manage and support the in-house marketing team to ensure efficient performance and successful campaign execution.
- Oversee SEO, PPC, and social media strategies to drive engagement and lead generation across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Work closely with suppliers and agencies to achieve agreed performance and ROI targets.
- Drive improvements in lead conversion, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to streamline workflows, enhance processes, and maximise ROI.
- Take ownership of the exhibition calendar and content strategies, aligning them with the broader marketing objectives.
- Maintain and update the company's website portfolio to ensure a user-friendly experience and robust digital presence.
- Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Substantial experience in digital marketing within the manufacturing sector, covering both B2B and B2C channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Creative Cloud, HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, and Content Management Systems.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with a track record of increasing brand impact.
- Strong organisational skills with self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- A creative and analytical problem-solver who can bring innovative solutions to business challenges.
