Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the migration from Constant Contact to Mailchimp.
  • Manage email campaigns for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Plan and execute social campaigns across various platforms.
  • Support the launch and maintenance of a new WordPress website.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Beaconsfield (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)

£45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience| 6-Month FTC

Are you a hands-on digital marketer with a knack for driving performance and optimising every click, campaign, and conversion? We’re working with a fast-growing, award-winning organisation in the care and lifestyle sector who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to elevate their digital presence during an exciting growth phase.

The role: This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll manage email, social, website, and SEO activity, while collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders.

Key projects include:

  • Owning the migration from Constant Contact to Mailchimp (data, templates, automations, segmentation).
  • Managing email campaigns across acquisition, retention, and engagement with full reporting and optimisation.
  • Planning and executing social campaigns (organic and paid) across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Supporting the launch of a brand-new WordPress website and ensuring it remains up-to-date and optimised.
  • Driving SEO improvements with agency partners.
  • Producing engaging content for web, email, and social, using AI tools to streamline delivery.
  • Tracking performance with Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social insights, providing monthly reports and recommendations.

About you: We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven digital marketer with:

  • Strong experience across email marketing, website management, SEO, and content creation.
  • Hands-on expertise with Mailchimp and WordPress.
  • Good knowledge of social media management and paid campaigns.
