Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, management, and monitoring of the company's online paid media and SEO channels for a fixed term of up to 18 months. This role is crucial for enhancing brand awareness and driving sales through wholesale and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels. Collaboration with various departments and stakeholders is essential to meet marketing and DTC objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of eComm to define online paid media strategy and objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build the seasonal paid DM communications plan and in-season content
- Develop, design, and implement SEO, paid social media, and display strategies aligned with business goals
- Serve as the SEO and online paid media expert, collaborating with country teams to improve performance
- Manage the day-to-day running and optimisation of paid media channels
- Define customer targeting strategy to achieve business goals
- Recommend growth and budget optimisation opportunities
- Continuously analyse channel data to measure, report, and optimise performance against goals
- Work alongside the business to meet wider brand and campaign goals
- Manage annual paid online channel budgeting, forecasting, and monthly purchase orders
- Provide leadership and management to the Digital Marketing Assistant
- Manage any DM agencies
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

Great opportunity to join our team as Digital Marketing Manager on a fixed term contract for up to 18 months. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the company's online paid media and SEO channels in order to increase brand awareness and drive our sales through wholesale and D2C. Working alongside multiple departments and stakeholders, the role of the Digital Marketing Manager is central to achieving marketing and DTC goals.
Key Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Manager (including but not limited to):
- Work closely with the Head of eComm to define online paid media strategy and objectives
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to build the seasonal paid DM comms plan; and in-season content to ensure consistent and channel appropriate messaging
- Develop, design and implement SEO, paid social media, and display strategies aligned with business goals to drive brand awareness and sales globally
- Be the SEO and online paid media expert within Equip and work alongside country teams to collaborate, teach and improve performance globally
- Manage the day to day running and optimisation of paid media channels
- Defining the customer targeting strategy to achieve the business goals
- Recommend growth and budget optimisation opportunities
- Continuous analysis of channel data to measure, report and optimise performance, and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Work alongside the business to achieve its wider brand and campaign goals, so that DTC, retail and brand objectives are met
- Manage the annual paid online channel budgeting, forecasting and raising of monthly purchase orders
- Provide leadership and management to the Digital Marketing Assistant, including coaching, skill development and performance improvement.
