Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and implement the digital marketing strategy for Johnston Carmichael during a maternity cover period. This role involves overseeing the digital marketing budget, managing external agencies, and executing various digital marketing activities. The manager will also enhance the firm's social media presence and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Director in setting digital priorities and brainstorming innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation.
- Manage and collaborate with external agencies, including web development partners.
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities, such as SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
- Lead and enhance the firm's social media presence.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against ROI and KPI goals.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
- Analyze the end-to-end customer experience across channels and touchpoints to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assess emerging technologies and their potential applications at Johnston Carmichael.
- Oversee digital best practices, ensuring team adherence and delivering training when required.
- Deliver digital marketing training across the firm to enhance awareness and skills.
- Manage key digital transformation projects as required.
- Serve as the expert and primary lead for email marketing software.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns internally and collaborate with agencies for larger high-profile paid campaigns.
- Be the custodian of the company website, ensuring content, approach, and results are challenged.
- Help to develop a strong lead capture, conversion, and reporting process for digital leads.
