Summary: The Digital Marketing Executive will oversee the adoption and management of a new CMS, enhancing its usability for global colleagues. This role requires a strong focus on SEO to improve organic performance and user engagement on the website. The candidate will also manage content migration and updates while providing training and support to various stakeholders. The position is based in London and is a one-year contract starting in May.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-manage the team helpdesk and respond to CMS tickets and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide CMS training, coaching, and best-practice guidance to regions and schools as needed.
- Manage end-to-end content migration from the old website to the new platform.
- Execute website content updates as directed by the team.
- Liaise with stakeholders and the intern project team to ensure accurate and efficient content updates.
- Support the Senior SEO Executive in developing on-page optimisation plans.
- Contribute creative optimisation ideas, analyse performance, and improve organic results.
- Drive organic performance and key SEO metrics.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years' experience in CMS/website roles (agency or client side).
- Experience with CMS platforms (preferably Sitecore).
- Familiar with project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
- Experience with analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Passion for digital, UX, product, and SEO with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
- Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
