Summary: The Digital Marketing Executive is integral to executing Silent Pool Gin’s digital strategy, focusing on content creation, website management, SEO, and email marketing. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills, along with effective stakeholder management. The individual will collaborate with various teams and agencies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and publish digital content (static and video) in line with brand guidelines.
  • Lead and support seasonal and campaign photo/video shoots, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned visuals.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, photographers, and videographers to produce engaging content across web, social, and email channels.
  • Repurpose and adapt content for different platforms and formats (e.g. reels, banners, GTR-specific assets).
  • Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms.
  • Implement on-site SEO strategies and monitor performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with external developers to ensure functionality, performance, and accuracy of the website.
  • Plan, build, and distribute email campaigns via ClickDimensions.
  • Maintain GDPR compliance and ensure list segmentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor campaign metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and implement improvements.
  • Monitor key digital KPIs including website traffic, engagement, and content performance.
  • Generate and present monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Support contingency planning in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in delivering the brand’s digital roadmap, including e-commerce enhancements, UX projects, and seasonal refreshes.

The role requires both creative and analytical capabilities, a proactive approach, and strong stakeholder management skills.
