Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads in line with commercial priorities
  • Create and refine audience strategies across prospecting, retargeting and lookalike audiences
  • Set up campaigns, ad sets, creative assets and tracking to platform best practice
  • Monitor performance daily and make data-led optimisation decisions on budgets, bidding, targeting and creative
  • Support structured test-and-learn programmes across creative, messaging and campaign setup
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate across ecommerce, brand, social and seasonal trading teams to keep paid activity aligned
  • Stay current with platform developments and bring forward ideas that improve campaign performance

Key Skills:

  • Solid hands-on experience in paid media, particularly in the beauty or skincare sector
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong grasp of key paid media metrics, attribution and campaign principles
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area preferred

Step into a Digital Marketing Executive role at one of the UK’s most exciting premium beauty and skincare brands, based in London. This is a 6-month contract role.

The Role

This is a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive position for someone who knows their way around paid media platforms and is ready to make a real impact. You will take ownership of campaign execution across Meta, TikTok and Google, working closely with a wider marketing team to ensure paid activity drives performance, efficiency and growth.
