- Support setup and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and Bing
- Analyse campaign performance to inform continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging and targeting are aligned

THE ROLE
This is a hands-on role with a 50/50 split between email marketing and broader digital marketing activity, including paid social, paid search, and programmatic. You’ll be directly involved in the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns that support lead generation and customer engagement.
