Key Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and schedule email marketing campaigns using automation tools and AI
- Run A/B tests to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Support setup and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and Bing
- Analyse campaign performance to inform continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging and targeting are aligned
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in email marketing, including automation and testing
- Confident running A/B tests and using insights to drive improvements
- Familiar with paid media platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and Bing

This is a hands-on role with a 50/50 split between email marketing and broader digital marketing activity, including paid social, paid search, and programmatic. You'll be directly involved in the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns that support lead generation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
