This is a pivotal role at Pooky!As a proven digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing strategy through coordination and production of on-brand digital assets and managing our CRM database. You ll oversee the affiliate platform, develop our loyalty programme and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on paid social media performance.Main responsibilities: Managing digital marketing for sales, promotions, and product launches.Planning, building, and scheduling email marketing campaigns using Klayvio.Optimising customer journeys, segmentation, and personalisation for email campaigns.Consistently A/B testing email content, formats, and CTAs for optimisation.Collaborating with the brand s freelance copywriters, briefing on requirements and managing deadlines.Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing improvement recommendations.Overseeing affiliate platform management, campaign validation, and partner communication.Tracking and reporting affiliate and UTM performance against KPIs.Working with the Marketing Manager and Ecommerce Manager to optimise our loyalty programme, with a focus on customer retention and revenue.Monitoring paid social media activity and collaborating with agencies.Recommending improvements for paid social accounts, including new audiences and formats.Briefing and evaluating paid social content in collaboration with the Content Manager.What experience and skills you ll need:We re looking for an experienced and motivated digital marketing specialist, ideally from an in-house SME background. The successful candidate will have proven experience of managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels including paid social, affiliate and email marketing. You ll also have the ability and know-how to track, monitor and report on campaign performance, and provide improvement recommendations. You ll come with strong IT skills including MS Office, especially Excel reporting, and G-Suite.We re looking for someone who is excited about working as part of a hard-working small team within a growing and ambitious organisation. You ll be a self-starter who is passionate about overseeing digital marketing, whilst working collaboratively across the wider team. We re seeking a methodical and detail-orientated person with a knack for relationship building and stakeholder management.Ideally you will have previous experience of working for a B2C ecommerce or retail business.
