Summary: The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing engagement over a 12-month contract. This role involves collaboration with various teams to manage email marketing and social media channels, while also crafting content and launching innovative campaigns. The position requires a proactive approach to testing ideas and driving measurable results aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising channels to support business goals
  • Manage our LinkedIn and other social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Set up and optimise Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns to generate quality leads
  • Create and distribute engaging digital content, including social posts, infographics, email campaigns, and video, to support campaign goals
  • Work closely with the Content & Communications Manager and external agencies to produce high-quality written and visual content
  • Support the Content & Communications Manager with the implementation and maintenance of a content calendar to ensure timely delivery across channels
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities align with our brand guidelines
  • Assist with basic website updates, keeping content fresh, relevant, and aligned with strategic priorities
  • Track campaign performance, producing regular reports on key metrics

Key Skills:

  • At least two years digital marketing experience
  • Proven hands-on experience in managing email marketing campaigns, social media channels, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns incl. Google Ads and LinkedIn ads
  • Experience of working with content management systems (CMS)
  • Practical knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience of working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms e.g. Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Engagement (Pardot) or similar
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills for web, social media, and email campaigns, including visuals and video
  • Ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on performance
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • A proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
