Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
- Manage customer data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and best practices.
- Work closely with Digital, Marketing, and Insights teams to align CRM with wider business objectives.
- Analyse campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimise strategies based on data insights.
- Implement email marketing strategies to improve customer lifecycle and retention.
- Identify opportunities to enhance personalisation, segmentation, and automation within CRM.
Key Skills:
- Experience in a CRM, Email Marketing, or Customer Engagement role within hospitality, retail, or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, customer data management, and marketing automation tools.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across departments.
- Experience working with self-employed or franchise partnerships would be desirable.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for customer experience and digital marketing.
