Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic platforms.
  • Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content coordination.
  • Manage email marketing workflows, CRM campaigns, and customer segmentation.
  • Utilize AWS services (e.g., Amazon Pinpoint, Redshift, QuickSight, S3) to manage customer data, personalize campaigns, and measure effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging assets aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activity.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing, ideally in eCommerce, consumer goods, or tech.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and at least one email automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience working with AWS marketing and data services (Amazon Pinpoint, Redshift, QuickSight, S3).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, or other BI tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
