Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead inspiring business discovery workstreams and perform industry and customer research to establish the customer’s ‘why’.
  • Collaborate with Principal Consultants, technical consultants, and customer team members to achieve relevant business goals and key metrics.
  • Research and define customer requirements, building ideal-state, journey-based experiences, and identify opportunities to improve digital customer experiences through client’s technology.
  • Develop customer personas and ideal-state customer journey maps.
  • Build customer roadmaps and lead the execution of tactical plans for the next phases of the roadmap.
  • Ideate use cases to support overarching business priorities and challenge customers to look beyond the obvious.
  • Conduct value mapping exercises and prioritise use case recommendations based on value and complexity.
  • Take ownership of creating user stories, establishing KPI baselines, prioritising backlogs, and reporting on customers’ digital marketing performance regularly.
  • Assess performance and value realised from implemented activities, communicating this value to the customer and client’s Account teams.
  • Become client’s business practitioner across multiple Digital Experience solutions (RTCDP, CJA, Target, AJO, or similar).

  • A motivated marketer or business consultant, knowledgeable about current digital marketing trends, with experience implementing creative strategies that deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven practitioner of digital marketing tactics that positively impact key success metrics.
  • Extensive experience in Customer Persona and Journey Development, including data/audience strategy.
  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience working with customers in the digital space – agency, vendor, or client-side experience in dynamic environments.
  • Industry experience in Banking, Retail, Travel, or Telecom (B2B or B2C) is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including attribution, performance marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Experience as a business or technical user with industry-leading web analytics, CDPs, or personalisation tools such as CJA/Adobe Analytics, AJO, Adobe Campaign, Target, or similar.
  • Self-starter, confident, opinionated, and proactive, capable of gaining the trust of customers and internal teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to plan and lead customer-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and project activities, including senior stakeholder management.
  • Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Comfortable communicating in English; German is advantageous, and additional European languages (Italian, French, etc.) are a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer engagements.
