About The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This is an entry-level role and a great opportunity for someone starting their career in marketing. You don’t need lots of experience – what matters most is enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and an interest in digital marketing. Full training and support will be provided, and there is real scope to shape the role around the right person and grow within the business over time. You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team, helping with day-to-day marketing activities across our website and online sales channels.

What You Will Be Doing

• Helping keep our website content up to date
• Supporting digital marketing projects and campaigns
• Assisting with online content such as blogs, product pages and FAQs
• Helping manage online promotions and campaigns
• Working with external partners who support our website
• Updating and improving product listings on online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay
• Helping gather basic reports on marketing activity and results
• Sharing ideas to improve the customer experience online
• Working closely with other teams across the business

What We Are Looking For

• An interest in marketing, digital media, or e-commerce
• Good written English and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage different tasks
• A customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable using computers and online tools (Any experience with websites, analytics, or online selling is a bonus, but not essential – training will be provided.)
