Summary: Aquent is seeking a dynamic digital marketing expert for a 12-month role with a leading global technology company. The position involves designing, scaling, and optimizing high-performance paid media and growth marketing campaigns to drive quality traffic and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global virtual event programs, from smaller webinars to large-scale experiences, including promotional planning.
- Lead digital and demand generation programs end-to-end, from ideation through reporting.
- Oversee agency relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
- Design and scale paid media programs to drive quality traffic, leads, and scalable growth across various funnel stages, connecting journeys seamlessly.
- Optimize diverse digital channels and programs for integrated campaigns.
- Drive content and creative planning aligned with personas, objectives, and campaign types, developing compelling messaging to enhance audience engagement.
- Activate multi-channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value companies and personas.
- Ensure exceptional digital advertising campaign delivery, focusing on creative, format innovation, quality assurance, and optimization.
- Implement comprehensive tracking and reporting for digital campaigns to enable advanced optimization.
- Lead digital channel delivery, providing agencies and partners with all necessary deliverables.
- Oversee and own campaign tracking to ensure robust digital campaign measurement.
- Collaborate with analytics, data science, and measurement teams to build insightful digital channel reports.
- Continuously review and optimize digital Go-To-Market (GTM) processes.
- Conduct segmentation testing and deep-dive into audiences to improve performance.
- Innovate at the landing page and form level, supporting SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to improve organic performance.
- Support SEO strategies for traffic growth and new prospect acquisition.
- Deliver actionable insights to marketing, sales, product marketing, and management teams.
- Utilize data-driven marketing to identify trends and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create growth roadmaps and develop optimization plans.
- Own the testing and learning agenda, fostering continuous innovation and optimization.
- Apply a strong understanding of AI to improve efficiency and operational speed.
Key Skills:
- Experience in performance marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS, agency, or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, scaling, and optimizing paid media and performance marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in various digital advertising platforms, including paid social, search, and professional networking sites.
- Proven experience managing digital and demand generation programs with end-to-end journey oversight.
- Experience running virtual and in-person event programs (livestreams, webinars, online sessions), including channel management, landing pages, and lead management in CRMs.
- Strong experience managing agencies and budgets, with expertise in social and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Mar/Ad-tech, data enrichment, lead routing/management, automation, nurture, activation, monetization, and personalization.
- Proficiency in industry-standard measurement, data analytics, and reporting tools.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones, managing complexity, and navigating ambiguity.
- Ability to manage paid search campaigns utilizing AI, automation, and smart bidding, including app installs.
