Digital & IT Project Manager

The Role

As the Digital & IT Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

You'll coordinate technical and business stakeholders, manage governance and assurance activities, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple Digital & IT projects across infrastructure, AI and application delivery.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, financial trackers and delivery documentation.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including technical, architecture, business and delivery functions.
• Managing project governance, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Identifying and managing risks, issues, dependencies and change.
• Supporting solution assurance and ensuring alignment with technical architecture standards.
• Monitoring project budgets, resources and delivery milestones.
• Driving successful implementation and business readiness activities.

About You

You'll be an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex technology projects within large enterprise environments.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering Digital & IT projects from inception through implementation.
• Strong project planning and scheduling experience across complex programmes.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, cyber security, digital transformation or enterprise application projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, financial reporting and governance.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and organisational change.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• A good understanding of enterprise IT environments including cloud, infrastructure, integration and architecture governance.

Experience within highly regulated sectors such as Nuclear, Energy, Utilities or Defence would be desirable.
