Job Description: Senior/Principal consulting role sitting at the intersection of platform strategy, client transformation, and end-user experience within the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) space. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into clear digital experience strategies and platform roadmaps. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise engagements across multiple concurrent workstreams — balancing standard SaaS configuration and bespoke/custom technical delivery simultaneously. Advise clients on DXP platform architecture, governance frameworks, content strategy, information architecture, and long-term platform sustainability from day one. Champion end-user experience design, audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and employee journey mapping throughout every engagement. Develop and execute enterprise-wide adoption strategies including stakeholder engagement plans, champion networks, training frameworks, and communications approaches. Define and track adoption metrics and engagement KPIs to measure digital workplace investment impact and adjust strategies based on real usage data. Collaborate with Solutions Architects, developers, and third-party specialists — bridging the gap between technical delivery and business stakeholder communication. Mentor junior consultants and contribute reusable frameworks, delivery accelerators, and thought leadership to strengthen the broader PS practice.
8+ years of experience in professional services or enterprise DXP platform implementation; hands-on expertise with SharePoint/Viva Engage, Staffbase, Simpplr, Lumapps, or equivalent required. Strong skills in workshop facilitation, risk management, change management, API-based integrations, and multi-workstream delivery oversight. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business required; MBA, platform certifications (Microsoft 365), PMP/PRINCE2, and Prosci/APMG certifications highly desirable. Must be eligible to work in the UK and/or EU without sponsorship; purely technical profiles without consultative experience are explicitly not a fit.
