We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide.
We're looking for a transformation leader to support a large retail business in defining and building its future e-commerce operating model.
We require experience developing business requirements and delivery roadmaps needed to establish or significantly scale a digital retail proposition.
This could include click and collect, customer experience, supply chain, logistics, technology and organisational design.
The successful individual will bring credibility and practical retail delivery experience.
Tasks
- Define the e-commerce strategy, business requirements and operating model
- Support the investment case and phased delivery roadmap
- Align stakeholders across digital, technology, supply chain and operations
Requirements

- Led a major retail e-commerce or digital transformation
- Strong understanding of retail operations, customer journeys and fulfilment
- Able to build trust quickly and influence diverse senior stakeholders
