Summary: Experienced Digital Retail E-commerce Project Manager/Business Analyst needed to oversee a new Pan-European E-commerce project focused on retail sales for web and mobile applications. The role requires strong project management and business analysis skills, with a focus on managing both internal and external development projects. The position is based in Bracknell, Berkshire, and requires on-site presence three days a week. The contract is for nine months and classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a brand new E-commerce Pan-European project on a Retail sales programme for both web & mobile app.
- Oversee internal and external development projects from inception to successful implementation.
- Implement digital mobile & web solutions based on cloud-based technologies.
- Deliver digital projects focusing on innovative multi-channel user experiences.
- Engage in change management and stakeholder engagement for European or Global projects.
- Analyze and document business processes and data flows, capturing user requirements.
- Communicate technical issues effectively to business users and establish mutual understanding.
- Work with multiple stakeholders, including 3rd party agencies, to ensure project success.
- Utilize project management methodologies, preferably with experience in structured and/or agile methods.
- Resolve complex problems in a timely manner with attention to detail.
- Understand business drivers and translate them into IT environments.
Key Skills:
- Strong Project Management experience in a Digital E-commerce technical environment (2-3 years min).
- Business Analysis background.
- Experience in working with 3rd party digital partners.
- Able to manage multiple projects in an Agile & Waterfall environment.
- Strong experience of implementing digital mobile & web solutions.
- Experience of change management & stakeholder engagement.
- Strong experience in business analysis & process change, ideally within Automotive or Retail sectors.
- Knowledge and experience in analysing and documenting business processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of analysis & project management methodologies.

- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in analysing and documenting business processes and data flows together with capturing user requirements as user stories or use journeys.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in a concise and non-technical manner to business users.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with both IT and business helping establish mutual understanding.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders including 3rd party agencies.
- Good understanding of analysis & project management methodologies preferably with practical experience of structured and/or agile methods.
- Ability to solve complex problems in a timely manner (with attention to detail and sound judgement)
- Demonstrated ability to understand business drivers and to work closely with the business to understand their strategy and translate that into an IT environment.
