Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team with a wide range of design and artwork requests
  • Manage multiple briefs simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Apply both creative design and production/artworking skills in day-to-day tasks
  • Adapt seasonal e-commerce and marketing assets for international markets
  • Produce and localize a variety of digital assets including banners, homepage visuals, social media creatives, email campaigns, and marketing content
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables
  • Review and approve marketing materials in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to creative development for regional launches and local campaigns
  • Provide fresh ideas, insights, and creative solutions to enhance brand communication

Key Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital or graphic design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and e-commerce design work
  • Proven experience designing for both digital and print across multiple platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro); animation skills are a plus
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and online user experience
  • Familiarity with asset and workflow management tools (e.g., Workfront, DAM systems, CMS platforms, Office 365)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
