Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing landing pages and on-site campaign creative
  • Supporting homepage updates and promotional site assets
  • Developing conversion-focused design aligned to the trading calendar
  • Maintaining a premium, luxury brand aesthetic across all touchpoints
  • Collaborating with the eCommerce team on campaign concepts and testing
  • Supporting quick-turnaround creative for launches and key trading moments
  • Using AI tools to help scale and optimise creative production (where relevant)

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience designing for premium or luxury brands
  • Understanding of eCommerce and conversion-focused design
  • Experience designing email (Klaviyo preferred)
  • Confidence in creating paid social ad creative
  • Strong eye for typography, layout and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance

We’re looking for a Freelance Digital Designer to support the Sarah Chapman eCommerce team.
