Summary: The Digital Delivery Manager will oversee the strategic management of Common Data Environment (CDE) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) platforms, focusing on enhancing digital collaboration and ensuring data integrity within the Energy sector. The position requires a strong understanding of digital workflows and compliance with openBIM standards, particularly ISO 19650. The role is hybrid and classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic management of CDE and BIM platforms.
  • Drive digital collaboration and ensure data integrity across all project phases.
  • Manage complex digital projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee compliance with openBIM standards, including ISO 19650.
  • Utilize cloud-based collaboration tools for digital project delivery.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Market Rate (Inside IR35) Hybrid working

I am currently partnered with a large consultancy who are looking to hire a Digital Delivery Manager to lead the strategic management of CDE and BIM platforms and drive Digital collaboration, ensuring data integrity, and enhance project delivery across all phases, working closely with a high profile end customer in the Energy sector.

Required Skillset:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Delivery Manager in the Construction / Energy sector(s) with working knowledge of CDE (Common Data Environment) and BIM (Building Information Modelling)
  • Extensive experience of managing CDE and BIM platforms, with a strong understanding of Digital workflows, data governance, and compliance with openBIM standards (e.g. ISO 19650)
  • Proven ability to lead complex Digital projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools and Digital project delivery environments
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Practical knowledge of Agile and Lean delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Financial literacy, including experience in budget tracking and cost-value analysis
  • Skilled in risk identification, issue resolution, and driving continuous delivery improvements
