Summary: The Digital Content Designer will collaborate with the Digital Learning Manager and Subject Matter Experts to create and implement engaging online training content for various IRIS software products. This role involves designing instructional materials, coordinating multimedia elements, and assessing course effectiveness to enhance the learning experience. The designer will also manage multiple projects and ensure that all content adheres to branding and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop self-led online digital training content in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
  • Create instructional content, including copy, audio scripts, and supporting materials.
  • Capture and edit multimedia elements to visually demonstrate key concepts.
  • Coordinate with video editors and graphic designers to maintain branding standards.
  • Develop assessments to measure learner knowledge and understanding.
  • Load and organize content into the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Analyze data to assess course effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Follow style guide standards and develop new standards as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of e-learning content.
  • Peer review content for standardization and quality assurance.
  • Stay updated on system enhancements to keep e-learning material relevant.
  • Undertake additional tasks that support business needs.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in creating digital e-learning content.
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments and LMS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with video capture software and content authoring tools.
