About The Role
Design content across end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring consistency and clarity across touchpoints
Design and deliver clear, accessible, user-centred content for web channels
Work iteratively in agile teams, contributing from concept through to continuous improvement
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers and marketing teams
Use user research, analytics and feedback to inform content decisions
Develop wireframes and prototypes using Figma
Ensure content meets accessibility, governance and quality standards
Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions and incorporate feedback
Measure content effectiveness using analytics, user feedback and behavioural insights, making recommendations for continuous improvement
Contribute to the growth of our content design practice by sharing insights, participating in reviews and helping evolve standards and best practices
About You
Proven experience as a content designer on complex, user-centred digital products or services
Strong ability to write and structure clear, concise, user-focused content
Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams across the product lifecycle is desirable
Experience using Figma and FigJam, or similar tool
Good understanding of user-centred content design methodology
Knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design principles and usability standards
Understanding of SEO and GEO best practices and on-page content optimisation would be beneficial
Ability to explain and advocate for content decisions using user needs, research findings and performance data
