Summary: The Digital Business Consultant will leverage strong AI and MarTech expertise to enhance the CRM and eStore operations for a leading consumer technology brand. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance personalization and efficiency. The consultant will collaborate with various stakeholders across Europe to design and optimize these solutions. The position is initially a 12-month contract with potential for extension and is hybrid based in the London area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse current CRM and eStore processes to find gaps and improvement areas.
- Identify and validate high-impact AI use cases (e.g., personalisation, predictions, automation).
- Recommend and integrate MarTech tools, ensuring smooth data flow across platforms.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of AI and process improvements, including monitoring, testing, and iterative optimisation.
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, IT, and data stakeholders across Europe.
- Design & Architect AI solutions, identify high-impact use cases, and define the technical roadmap.
- Monitor performance, run tests, and optimise solutions.
- Create clear documentation, training guides, and governance for new processes.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM, MarTech, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong understanding of AI in a marketing or customer experience context.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/MarTech platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, SAP Hybris).
- Solid knowledge of data integration, CDPs, segmentation, and API-led workflows.
- Proven ability to turn business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Consulting experience is a plus; consumer electronics or retail experience preferred.
